What is Sous Vide?

Sous Vide is all about bringing the best to our customers. Started two years ago, we set out to showcase the best of North Texas with the best meal – brunch. We go out of our way to obtain locally-sourced ingredients and keep things fresh with a rotating seasonal menu. Our menus feature your favorite brunch classics with a fun, contemporary twist to keep your taste buds entertained. Our talented chefs start at the crack of dawn and prep everything by hand and make it from scratch to ensure your lazy Sunday brunch packs a punch. We do the hard work, you just sit back and enjoy! It’s all worth it for us, and we love what we do!

Seasonal Specials

Every season, we give our specials menu a little tune-up to feature the freshest ingredients North Texas has to offer. With Fall creeping in, we’re featuring the warm flavors that go perfect with your favorite sweater. Come on in and try our most popular specials! Our Carrot Ginger Chai is a lovely blend of chai tea, carrot juice and organic ginger. The Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal spotlights ancient grain oats slow cooked with pureed pumpkin and topped with pepitas and dried cranberries, and served with maple cream and a freshly baked orange cranberry muffin. Yum!

Looking for a good way to start your day? Located in the Dallas Arts District, Sous Vide Dallas is the best place to grab a bite before a day of taking in the sights and museums Dallas is known for. We’re open daily from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You can find us at 1742 N. Harwood St.. on the corner of Ross Ave., just down the road from the Dallas Museum of Art.
