What exactly does “Sous Vide” mean?

“Sous Vide” is a cooking technique that utilizes precise temperature control to deliver consistent, high-quality results. The best restaurants have been using the sous vide technique or years to cook food to the exact level of doneness desired, every time. Sous vide, which means “under vacuum” in French, refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath. This technique produces results that are impossible to achieve through any other cooking method. We took this idea and applied it our standards, delivering the best quality and freshest food possible to our customers.

What are Sous Vide’s hours of operation?

Sous Vide provides delicious, made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily at most of our locations. Some open even earlier! To reward our hard-working staff, we’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

So, you don’t serve dinner?

We’re up too early to bother with that dinner business. We’re known for serving brunch for a reason. Just give our innovative and fresh made-to-order meals a try, and we think you’ll agree – breakfast is the new dinner!

What are some Sous Vide favorites?

Our Quinoa Power Bowls are a fan-favorite. Imagine fresh, house-roasted vegetables, all-natural chicken, fresh herbs and cheese, laid out on a bed of hot, protein-packed quinoa. We’re also known for our Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos. Three corn tortillas filled to the brim with fluffy scrambled eggs, Cajun chicken, spicy chorizo, and shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. It’s all topped with fresh avocado and house-made pico de gallo, served with your choice of seasoned black beans or breakfast potatoes. Or maybe take the lighter side of lunch for a spin with our fresh Cobb Salad paired with something from our Fresh Juice Bar. Are you hungry yet? Good, because we’ve got an entire menu of delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch that will keep you coming back for more.

Does Sous Vide serve and low-fat or gluten-free options?

Of course, we do – here’s the skinny. For those with dietary restrictions or looking for something lighter, our “Healthier Side” menu features a plethora of delicious items, not limited to egg white omelets or granola bowls. I can’t find menu prices online. Where are they?

Because we locally source our ingredients, our prices can fluctuate with the seasonal availability and location. It’s all in preparation to bring you the absolute best.
