The workshop for the fifth Connections class, Cultural Connections, gives space for students to explore the community as well as corporate culture through the .

The final project assembles all of the research, innovations, rough and finished ideas, storyboards and metrics for success culminating with a portfolio project for our project partner, Improving that demonstrates the wide range of talents each student brings to the partner project and UNT's PDA program.

    Project Partner - Improving

Cohort 2 students were challenged to manage self-directed groups in using the Design Thinking framework. Students also shared leadership roles in facilitating Design Thinking activities to practice managing group projects. Their project this semester was to do deep dives for innovation into learning about their Improving - for their Balanced Scorecard and to explore future drivers for success.

Students were challenged to interact with our project partners, David Belcher, VP of Consulting and David O'Hara, President at Improving in and out of the classroom setting to develop the right questions to push projects and solutions forward.
